ROCKWOOL mua lại nhà sản xuất bông sợi đá hàng đầu Việt Nam
With closing expected soon, ROCKWOOL will acquire Khai Hoan Insulation, based near Ho Chi Minh City, making it ROCKWOOL's first production facility in the country. The acquisition complements ROCKWOOL’s existing business in Vietnam and reflects the Group’s increased focus on the region.
Vietnam is among the fastest growing countries in southeast Asia. Integrating Khai Hoan Insulation and its approx. 125 employees into the ROCKWOOL family of companies will support our growth plans both in Vietnam and the wider region via exports. Vietnam’s economic outlook remains positive with an expected 2024 GDP growth of more than 5.5 percent and continued high urbanisation rate, with some six million people expected to move into urban areas over the next four years.
Dự kiến sẽ sớm hoàn tất, ROCKWOOL sẽ mua lại Khai Hoan Insulation, có trụ sở gần Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh là thành cơ sở sản xuất bông sợi đá đầu tiên của ROCKWOOL tại Việt Nam. Việc mua lại này bổ sung cho hoạt động kinh doanh hiện tại của ROCKWOOL tại Việt Nam và phản ánh sự quan tâm ngày càng tăng của Tập đoàn vào khu vực này.
Việt Nam là một trong những quốc gia phát triển nhanh nhất ở Đông Nam Á. Việc mua lại Khai Hoan Insulation với sát nhập khoảng 125 nhân viên vào tập đoàn ROCKWOOL sẽ hỗ trợ các kế hoạch tăng trưởng của chúng tôi tại Việt Nam và khu vực rộng lớn hơn thông qua xuất khẩu. Triển vọng kinh tế của Việt Nam vẫn tích cực với mức tăng trưởng GDP dự kiến năm 2024 là hơn 5,5 phần trăm và tỷ lệ đô thị hóa tiếp tục ở mức cao, với khoảng sáu triệu người dự kiến sẽ chuyển đến các khu vực thành thị trong 4 năm tiếp theo.
